AMTA Leadership
---
Executive Board, Advisors & Staff
AMTA board members are typically dedicated instructors with many years of experience teaching in a STEM classroom. A significant portion of board members and advisors spend summers and precious after-school or weekend hours leading Modeling Workshops for STEM teachers in their communities. Without exception, they are dedicated to improving STEM instruction and empowering teachers and their students.
Elected board members hold office starting on the July 1st after their election and continue until the following June 30th. The President, Past President, President Elect, and Vice President all serve one-year terms.
